At V Beauty Brand, we kindly ask that you review our studio policies to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.

Cancellations

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged 100% of the service fee.

Late Arrivals

Arrivals 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling and may be subject to a fee.

No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.

Card on File

A valid card is required to secure bookings. Charges apply only in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Results may vary based on your natural brow and lash condition. Services are fully customized for you.

Your information is confidential and used only for booking and appointment communication. We never share your details.

Location & Parking

We are located at 70 Hounslow Heath Rd, Toronto, beside Wallace Espresso Café. Free street parking is available on Hounslow Heath Rd, Spring Grove Ave, Osler St, and Laughton Ave, with Green P parking nearby on St. Clair.
